Agnes b Artist t shirts present Adrian Boot

ADRIAN BOOT

This t shirt is from a series of three different images of Adrian Boot, one of Britain’s best known music photographers, began his career in the early 1970’s
freelancing for NME, Melody Maker, The Times, The Guardian and The Face. After becoming the staff photographer for Melody Maker, Boot went on to
photograph some of the most famous faces in music. His collection ranges from Bob Marley to the Sex Pistols. Three prints also available
in a women’s style t shirt.

ARTIST T SHIRTS
Since the beginning agnès b. has designed a t shirt for every occasion, whether it was a film festival or an anniversary, there was a t shirt to mark the day.
However in 1994 when Felix Gonzales Torrez designed a t shirt declaring “Nobody owns me” the idea of an artist’s t shirt was conceived, and today this
t shirt is a collector’s item. Since 1994 agnès b. has offered the t shirt as a blank canvas to artists for them to use as they wish; Gilbert & George, Herve Guilbert,
William Klein, Douglas Gordon, Claude Leveque and Jonas Mekas are just some of the artists who have been a contributor to this collection over the years.
Less well known artists have also been given this opportunity, which provides them with a forum to showcase their work in agnès b. stores worldwide.
